About this item
The DCR2 is Vaetrix's flagship instrument for hydrostatic pressure testing on pipelines, vessels, and pressure-rated assemblies. It replaces the paper chart recorder entirely: simultaneous pressure (±0.05% FS) and temperature (±0.5°C) logging over the full test duration, with a tamper-evident PDF output that embeds calibration certificates, operator sign-off, test metadata, and a unique tracking ID. No paper rolls, no chart scanner, no manual transcription. Designed to ASME B31.3 and CSA pipeline test documentation requirements. The IP67-rated housing with a Pelican-class case option survives jobsite conditions. Onboard memory stores multi-year test archives. The DCR2 is the direct successor to the legacy HTG Hydro Test Gauge. Developed and manufactured in the USA with a 4-year warranty.
