Hydro Data Management is the PC companion software for organisations running hydrostatic pressure testing programmes with Vaetrix ETG and HTG instruments. Stores up to 32,000 records or 200 sessions, with multi-file report assembly, custom page ordering, and drag-and-drop PDF integration from external sources. Pressure alarm monitoring with configurable high/low thresholds lets operators watch live tests from the workstation. Digital signature capability with technician sign-off pages and tamper-proof PDF creation with unique tracking IDs satisfies ASME B31.3 process pipe testing and CSA pipeline documentation requirements applicable in Canada. Tag mode supports asset tracking across multiple instruments. Compatible with ETG 3.4, ETG Temperature 4.0, HTP 1.7, and HTG Line 4.5 firmware. Windows-based, delivered as an MSI or ZIP installer.
